Xbox App Not Loading Library

It's been 10 minutes and the games will not appear. The app is open but my library will not appear.

Also, MCC keeps locking up when I try to open it. It has the Xbox Game Studios logo and the 343 logo but then it just crashes. However, Windows says it's running and it appears in Task Manager.

Deleting and reinstalling the app doesn't work. Repairing and resetting it doesn't work.

I CANNOT ACCESS THE GAMES I PAID FOR DUE TO THIS FAULTY SOFTWARE THAT MICROSOFT REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE.

Hi Alex. Try these steps to see if it solves this issue:

Reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10/11 device:

- Press the Start button on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

- In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

- In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

- Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

- Restart your device and try launching the Xbox app again.

Lipsync Lizard

This is nothing like netflix because You need to have to sign up for it then you have to browse stuff on there web page then buy or rent the videos and then they'll go to your my library in the cinemanow app. The cinemanow app on the xbox 360 isn't working
correctly at the moment. Because I downloaded some videos for free then I go to the app and then to my library and the white loading circle is still loading and doesn't do anything.

I don't use a VPN. Tried disconnecting wifi and using 5g and it's still the same error. And I don't have another mobile phone, but I had some friends check their library tab on their app and they're getting the same error.

The xbox beta app is also refusing to load the library. So now what?

There may have already been a pre-load that already downloaded to your console. It would be in your Games and Apps. If not, check your Ready to Install game in your Full Library under Games and Apps.

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
