Xbox App not letting me watch videos horizontally

Microsoft could well have let something slip in there latest video if you watch the destination Brazil video the video clearly shows posts to twitter and the app in exclusive to xbox one.

Does this mean that Twitter is on the way for xbox one if it is the app is out June 15th so we could see Twitter integration by then.

Normally, the Activity feed section in the Xbox app shows you all in-game activities, recorded games, and achievements that you unlocked. If you're using the Xbox app on your phone, it will not show that you're watching videos from the
Youtube app or from other apps. The same goes if you're watching videos from your computer unless you recorded it using the Game DVR feature in the Xbox app. Any video clips recorded using the Game DVR will show up in the Activity feed section.

So you purchased a video to watch on your PC and to watch that video you were required to download an app? Or did you purchase a video to watch on your Xbox one? Can't get them to let you into your PC? I'm sorry but I'm struggling to understand what your
