Xbox App not deleting 0G games off achievement list.

I can delete these off the One and 360 but sometimes the app will just outright refuse to sync this sometimes. Doesn't matter what I do, it won't disappear so I'm effectively forced to play through a game that I don't really want to in order to avoid having
a 0% on the app. It'd almost a gamble if it is going to work or not. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Does anyone else have this issue ? Is it even going to get fixed ? Is there even a way to fix it ?

Try holding your power button of your Xbox for 15 seconds and then try to delete them when it turns on.

As far as I am aware you could only delete those games off the Xbox 360. For the Xbox one you are effectively just hiding the games but they are still 0% on your profile, thus why you still see it on the app. I know it is not ideal, personally I liked
the ability to remove 0 Gamerscore games off my profile from the Xbox 360 days.

Technically you already can delete the game history by going into your achievements (Guide Button > go one screen to the left > Achievements) and highlight each game that says 0G and press X to delete from achievement list. If it's not staying deleted it
sounds like a profile issue.

Slight correction: you can delete the game if you haven't unlocked any achievements, regardless of the gamerscore. There are titles with 0G achievements, such as
Xbox Live Labs.

Hello. Make sure you are connected to Xbox LIVE when you DELETE the "0G" games from your profile so that the change takes affect with Xbox LIVE.



If you continue to have problems then I would suggest you DELETE your Gamer Profile from your Xbox 360 and then recover it. There may be some conflict that is causing the "0G" gams/Apps to reappear. Recovering your Gamer Profile should resolve that problem.
Make sure that you know your WLID (Windows LIVE ID) email address and password associated with your Gamer Profile (Gamertag) before delete it.



I would also warn you that DELETING any of these "0G" games/Apps that also included Avatar Awards that you Unlocked will REMOVE the Avatar Awards that you've unlocked. Sometimes there are games/Apps that don't have Achievements but do include Avatar Awards
for playing the game/App.
