    . Maybe fix the app. constant crashed if I right click a person's profile to join. Game's don't update. The app doesn't update. Everything else on my PC works fine. Windows and windows store are both fully updated. So already crossed out those boxes. It is your app. Don't blame people's systems when nearly everyone is having this problem on PC. You are a multi million dollar Computer company. Yet you can't get an app to work correctly. Seems like a business issue. Either you are unwilling to properly fix your app (just applying Band-Aids) or you don't care and put it on your customer. People pay good money for their games and for Game pass ultimate. You just take it and blame the customer based off everything I've read. Is this up to date, is that up to date. Just keep giving people the run around. My pc is not a potato as I said it runs everything fine. But your app. So if one was to deduce what the cause of the issue is, it all boils down to your app. I have yet to see you all take accountability for causing people to lose out of our gaming time and our money spent. My sea of thieves update has been sitting at 0 percent for hours. Went and download other things just to test my PC. Guess what. Everything else downloaded fine. including whole movies. So I state again. Take accountability and fix the app. $19 a month for a sub to play games that work half the time is robbery.

    Oh I get it, You probably do this so we are forced to buy your game consoles. Which makes sense. The apple approach. Create something that works half the time so we are forced to purchase your product or lose out in the money we spent.

    The app is a front end to the Windows store. Just use that to update and install.

    Right, and there's not one single excuse that has a good foundation. Coming from a Tech company such as Microsoft. They have some of the most intelligent and experienced creators, yet can't get an app to work correctly. Android and PC. If they'd at least take accountability I would regain some respect. They don't even do that though. They just blame their customers.

    It's not just the pc app. The android app used to be ok but they completely changed everything about it and completely screwed it up. It's like they made an entirely different app and replaced the original with this new pos.

    Disney plus issue.

    None of this works because there's nothing wrong with the Xbox network connection. It works perfectly fine for literally every other streaming app including Hulu and ESPN. I had the trio package with ads but have cancelled and will never have Disney again as long as they just keep redundantly blaming the network connection and their customer's devices instead of taking responsibility for their issues. I've had Disney for years without issues, this is something they changed with the app to make it not work on Xbox. Many people have reported and Disney keeps ignoring and blaming the customer.
