    Xbox app mobile party error


    Hi, i do not know if anyone else has experienced this but whenever i try to join a party through an invite, the invite takes me to the inviters account profile and also does not let me join, practically removing my ability to join a party through an invite, however, I can join a party if the account is online and has a joinable party but im asking if there is a way to jon via invite without having to ask my friends to appear online for a second

    We understand the inconvenience caused. As per description, you cannot join the party when friend's invite and instead you are directed to the profile who invited you. Let us check on this together and sort this out to assist your concern.

    However, we’d like to know more about it in details so that we can provide a more accurate resolution for you. To start, please provide us information/answer on the following questions:

    1. What platform are you playing (Xbox Console, PC or phone)
    2. What is the current version and edition of Windows Installed? (Search for WINVER in Windows search to see this)
    3. What is the Xbox app and Gaming services version? Xbox app > select Profile picture > Settings > About.
    4. What troubleshooting steps have you done?
    5. Was this working before?
    6. Recent activity or changes made before the issue appeared?
    7. May we ask if you have the same NAT type with your friend? (NAT Type: Open, Moderate, Strict, Unavailable)?
