    Xbox app messaging and DVR problem


    Hi Xbox, here

    My messages are not sending on my Xbox app, but I can still send messages on my Xbox ONE console everytime I send a message on my Xbox app to someone it says "you are not allowed to message this group" and "change your privacy settings for communication
    something went wrong"

    And my DVR is having a problem, when I was uploading something it stays on 0%

    Can you please fix these problems for me.

    XBox One slow, need a solution

    My XBox One is really slow. The game DVR is slow and takes ages to record short clips. It takes at least 3 minutes to see a message on it. What surprises me is that it's new and should be really fast.

    Did anyone else have the same problem when the system was new?

    Thank you for updating us, try this command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage.

    Xbox was sucessfully unistalled and I installed again from the store but the problem still persists, it gives me the same message "DVR was deactivated by your organization".

    Not all captures showing up on app

    The captures are all showing up on the Xbox itself as well as the DVR website, it seems to just be the apps, so is it possibly a syncing problem with the app rather than the uploading to xbox live aspect? Thanks again
