After upgrading to Ultimate (because i thought i could fix the issue like that) and it was for May and now i realized that my whole months april got removed aswell... but did not get a refund for that, only may. Now there is no sub active in my store account. Since Microsoft asked me if i want to refund for May after canceling sub (since it didnt fix my issue) i thought only may would be removed and not the whole sub. Is there a way to check whats going on there? I dont want to sub again and basically pay twice for the same month >.<

We will check if there is no issue with the subscription. To check, open a browser in your PC and follow the steps below:

• Sign in Microsoft account

• Check for Xbox Game pass subscription if still active

If you can see an active subscription, we can proceed to resetting Microsoft Store and Xbox app.

> Press Windows key + R and type wsreset.exe then hit enter.

> Press Windows key + I to open settings and click on Apps > click on Apps and features, and in search box, type Xbox app. Click on advanced options or click on three dots. Click on reset. Restart the device and open again Xbox app and sign your account.

Here are the troubleshooting steps that we can recommend resolving the issue in your end.

1. Restart your device.

As basic as this is, a simple restart can set many things right.

2. Make sure Windows is up to date.

• Press the Start button on the taskbar, type settings, and then select Settings.
  
• On Windows 10, select Update & Security.
  
• On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available including optional updates for your device.
  
• Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.
  
• Following installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates can take effect.
  

3. Make sure both the Xbox and Gaming services apps are up to date.

• Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.
  
• Select Library.
  
• Under Updates & downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.
  

4. Make sure you are signed in to the Xbox app and the Store with the same account.

> To make sure your permissions for the game can be validated, be sure to sign in to both the Store and the Xbox app using the same account that was used to purchase the game.

5. Uninstall and reinstall Gaming Services

• Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.
  
• In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
  get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
  
• In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
  start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
  
• Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
  
• Restart your device and try to install the game again.

I tried everything but it still shows "abo couldnt be loaded". I googled and there was a post about that happening when a charge back or a payment fails but in my account it shows that every payment went throu without problem. I even tried to upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and it didnt fix the issue (so i refunded that one).

When i go into "Account" at the Xbox App my it shows that im logged in with my Store account but under "abos" it shows "Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten, und Ihre Abonnements konnten nicht geladen werden" (in german). Basically it says "loading your abo failed"
