    It would be nice if Microsoft/Xbox would update the status site that it's down. I've already done a full blown wipe of my PC because I thought the issue was local.

    Hello Leo, this is really weird, you have your Windows updated with the latest version, Microsoft has released some fixes for Win 10 and 11 recently.

    Also make sure you have the Xbox App companion installed on your system, it usually works in conjunction with the Xbox App, then try again and if the same message appears.

    Strangely, I'm also unable to log in to my App and the system reports an error message (0x87DD0003)

    Log out of the EA app, use the EA recovery app, reopen the app and when you log back into the app use the log in option with your Xbox account and try to download the game again.

    If the issue persists, please contact EA to resolve the issue with their application.
