Xbox App Lauching but not loading

As of yesterday 3/31/21 the Xbox App for Pc has been either crashing outright or since doing a fresh install has been launching and staying a black screen and then immediately minimizing itself i have found no new updates or other topics to correct this issue and normally wouldn't care but recently decided to give the pc game pass a try so .....

Hard reset your xbox that may fix this problem

the error code is 0x80073cf6 and when I put it into the link it gives me it says that code does not exist. I am on an Xbox One S and it is happening to all of the apps and not the games.

Thank You! the soft factory reset worked and now everything is working again.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
