    Xbox app keeps telling me I earned points, but I don’t see them in the app.


    On both my phone and Xbox Game Bar, it keeps telling me that I earned points, but when I go to open the app, nothing comes up and it just takes me to my profile. Only about 35% of the time does it send me a notification in Xbox Game Bar through which I can get my points. Apparently there was supposed to be a Rewards section on your profile in the Xbox app but it’s not coming up for me.

    I don't have a solution but I'm trying to earn points through earning achievements and after I've earned them, it just sends me to the games and apps (after i go back on the rewards app and click the thing)! What the heck!!

    Hey Victor,

    this location problem happens from time to time.

    I (germany) had it about 3 years ago.

    But I hope you know that the app is not the only way to earn points. You can use the Edge browser of your console to earn daily points at the Rewards site.

    At the bottom of the Rewards site you'll find a link to contact the Rewards support. Tell them about the location issue with your app.

    Sounds to me that the app hasn't been getting updated. I know I can review my rewards through the Xbox game pass app under profile. I have a feeling they moved rewards off that app and combined with Xbox game pass as I believe the Microsoft points can
    only be earned through website now but you can earn Xbox game pass points too

    Hi. I have the same problem - i.e. can't run the app from Xbox. What do you mean by "on the web page"? This does show reward points but it provided different activities to earn them? Is there another way to earn the rewards point challenges that the xbox
    rewards app offers?
