XBOX app Issue - downloads get stuck / and then disappear from the list W11

Hi,

i have a strange issue.

W11, Gamepass Ultimate!

this is a new clean PC with everything updated to the latest versions. I downloaded, and installed the PC Xbox app.

After i went online and started downloading games from EA play and Ubisoft connect I noticed something strange.

-Games installed on the PC Xbox app DO NOT APPEAR as installed only EA games and Ubisoft INSTALLED games appear

-GAMEPASS games appear limited like ONLY 150 instead of the normal 400+

- queued games and waiting to be download games disappear from the list

- when i try to download games it says "INSTALL GAMING SERVICES" and nothing happens.

SEMI-SOLUTIONS i have found so far.

-windows settings- APPS- XBOX- Repair and then Reset! This fixes these issues.

-All games appear available for install

-I can install games with no missing gaming services issue

-All games installed to appear as they should and they play well

PROBLEMS not solved

-all queued games have disappeared

-i need to readd them as downloads

- 95% of the time the downloads do not respond they are stuck as RESUMING or as downloading at 0 MB/S

i have tried everything and i do not know what is wrong!

Similar issue. I choose a game and select download in the Xbox app which in turn opens the EA Desktop app. My gamepass account is showing it is linked and that I have EA Play. However, the download button for the game in EA Desktop is missing. All of the EA Play games are missing the download button. Meanwhile the xbox app gets stuck saying it is preparing to download at 0%. Then it disappears from the sidebar in the Xbox app. The button to download the game on the Xbox app goes back to saying install. It is an endless circles that doesn't work. I just spent and hour with EA chat and it is still not resolved. Absolutely ridiculous!

I'm currently on w11, but Version 22H2 failed to install previously, and will not download now

I've tried everything to stay away from reinstalling W11 but seems like it was the only fix possible.

I've created a .iso file via Windows Creation Tool, reinstalled W11 and kept my file.

Xbox app works perfectly now. It's a shame we have to go through all those things to... download a file.

It would never occur on steam for instance but seems like all those hidden files, priorities and exception from Xbox app are a complete mess...
