    Xbox app issue December 2020


    I tried to download the Dragon quest game from the Xbox app the day it was released, the download was stuck at 0% for over 10 hours. I decided to cancel the download and retry but it would not let me click the X to stop it. That night I turned off my pc
    and when I turned it back on the app would not open, I looked online for a fix and one of them said to reinstall the Xbox app so I uninstalled it. Now I cant install it at all, I tried using the Microsoft store to install it but it keeps saying try again later
    issue on our side, when I try to install it from the website it just closes when I click install. I have tired troubleshooting the store and resetting the store and I checked for windows update. Until its fix I guess I will just cancel my subscription to Xbox.
    If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me.

    I'm sorry to hear that you have problems with the App and the Installation of Dragon Quest. Long time ago I had a familiar Problem.

    I contact the Xbox-Support and everything was done in one or two Days.

    Do you have contacted the Xbox Support? I think they can solve the Problem.
