Xbox App is stuck and won't resolve points

That won't help because those points won't deposit until he has earned 100 or more. So he'd be stuck in the same situation, except he'll have 100 more points.

I guess not need for step 2 as I won't run it as .ps1 script.

I tried the command, but the game is still stuck in the Xbox app, keep in mind that the game is not listed in Windows apps.
