Xbox App - Install Error () Unknown Available (affecting multiple devices same account)

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

After this, try the procedures bellow.

Now, sign out from your account on both Xbox app and Microsoft Store and do this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Finally do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Sign in again on both Microsoft store and Xbox app with your account and verify if the issue has been solved

If that doesn't work, Reinstall Gaming Services using powershell command

Press Windows key + X and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

Type or copy / past the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

Restart the PC and Open the Xbox application.

A blue notification with the following message is going to appear at the bottom:

"This app needs an extra component. Gaming Services is needed for playing some games. Administrator approval required. Install"

Select Install to reinstall Gaming Services, once installed check again

Sorry to hear you are having problems updating games your consoles and PC. When did this start happening?

Can you tell me what error you are seeing when you try to update your game? Are you getting a specific error code?

On your PC, do you have any antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall and PC Optimizer installed in the PC that may be interfering?

Having multiple devices on GamePass does not affect your service, however logging into the same account on multiple devices at the same time will cause you to disconnect from the previous session.

I forgot to write that yes I did uninstall the app, rebooted the device, install again. Same result. Did it with multiple devices same display bug.

Games on the Microsoft Store (Xbox app) are installed to the PC, but they will only be available to the account they were installed on. To get it to be available on the other account, you need to "install" the game to the same location as the game was installed previously. This will "install" the game, but won't download anything, making the same installation available for both accounts, with different progress for each.

Same problem here, I thought it was my browser too.. I'm using Google Chrome but my Javascript is enabled and everything. It's a little hard to believe the site is broken, but then again it is only a Pepsi site.

I've logged in and out countless times, deleted/reconfigured the DewXP app on my email account, all to no avail. I just can't get in.

here are the errors I am experiencing:

1) logging into Microsoft account by clicking the green Xbox Live button gives the "Account error" page

2) 'Gift' & 'Apply' buttons are worthless and unclickable

3) clicking on 'Dashboard' gives the "Unknown Error Occured" window, underneath reading "We are sorry an unknown error has occured."
