    Xbox App / Gaming Services - Consistent Problems


    Why do I constantly have these issues with the xbox app? It works fine for few weeks then all of a sudden stops letting me install games, update games or launch halo infinite.

    Every single time I go through the well documented steps everyone else is having to do.

    - Reset/Restore Xbox App
    - Reset/Restore Windows store
    - Win + R 'wsreset'
    - checking gaming services is running
    - Reset Restore Xbox Gaming Services
    - Uninstall Gaming Services in powershell (never works always gives me the error)|

    Then finally I cave in and have to do an in-place upgrade of my OS.

    I've been using the xbox app for about 6-7 weeks and this is the 4th time I am looking at having to do an in place upgrade of the OS to be able to install games or run halo infinte again.

    Please can someone shed some light on what may actually be causing this issue as it's so frustrating.

    My xbox app on pc won't Launch or install any games

    I think it might be a problem with gaming services as whenever I try to open an app on xbox app it brings up gaming services on the Microsoft store

    Xbox app doesn't see C drive at all

    yeah i have a similar problem, i just clean installed win 11 again after got my new graphics card.

    And now i have hard Xbox app Problems, i cant even choose one drive.

    if i delete gaming service over powershell, i can choose a drive, after reinstall the gaming service app i can still download the game i choose with xbox app but i need to delete everytime the gaming service app for new installations. its a mess

    I have the same problem here..... my xbox one download data consistently, i have no idea what, there are no items in queue (apps or games) this make my internet too slow. Sorry for my english, is not my native lenguage. Thanks for the help.

    The only thing that's consistent is Microsoft's inability to keep their Xbox Live service up and running.

    I already tried reseting and redownloading both apps, this doesnt seem to have any effect (xbox and gaming services) , as I said the problem is connected to microsoft gaming services
