    Hello,

    I have only problems with your Xbox app... Games not downloading - stuck a Prepairing 0% I checked in Windows Settings, my NAT type is open and it says connected. I can download games via Ea Play.

    Please help!

    Tried everything from here + 50 different troubleshooting steps... except reinstalling xbox gaming service, it is currently updating. No idea why store is so slow, it is updating like 0.7 - 3 Kb/s........ And currently stuck at 0.325 KB from 7MB. While I Am connected to XBOX server and it says NAT open! No internet connection issue elsewhere...

    EDIT: OKAY managed to reinstall Xbox game service, still no download it says: Preparing 0%

    I wanted to try to launch Xbox as admin, but I can't find path to executable and there is no option in start. But I Am already on admin account.

    And I Am installing to non-system disk, so there should be no problem with permissions!

    BTW store says all my apps are up to date!

    And I tried to install Xbox both using store, or webinstaller!

    FYI I can download from Ea Play...

    I tried install game also through store, nothing happens...

    EDIT 2: 1 game is now downloading only 6MB/s, but at least it does, I didn't do anything. It also pended awhile. But previously even over hour and it didn't work, restarted many times...

    EDIT 3: Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition still won't download, finally got at least error code: 0x00000001

    Tried another disk - same problem!

    EDIT 4: I have also problem with store and re-installing Xbox takes hours - still not finished. I Am getting spammed this error in Event Viewer: The Gaming Services service terminated with the following error:

    The system cannot find the file specified.

    I tried disk checking, sfc /scannow, dism. Nothing helped! Only sfc found some errors and fixed them successfully.

    You're not the only one.... I can't download any Gold games at all (stuck at 0% installing), and no apps load, either.
