Xbox App Game streaming results in total green screen

I've spent 30min on Xbox customer support and they've told me to post my problem here for some reason.

I have an Xbox One and have connected it to my laptop and Xbox App.

I launch Game Streaming and the Xbox and Laptop connect. I can control my Xbox via the Xbox App on the Win 10 Laptop, however, the screen is completely green.

Customer support seems unable to diagnose this and directed me to this forum so that I might get help.

After install in my Windows 10 the XBOX app, I tried to streaming games on PC using XBOX ONE. The STREAMING tests are OK, but when I try to stream, it apears "Connectin XBOX one" and after a GREEN SCREEN, the app closes and the XBOX show that the streming
has stoped. I already checked the permissions and ETC, I dont know what to do

Thanks M3tal, that's where I actually started. It makes no reference to "green screen" which is why I went to the Cust Service chat option... they sent me here. Now, I'm in a loop ;p

Did you ever resolve this? I'm in the same boat. I have two laptops one works fine streaming and the other is identical to your problem.
