    Xbox app game pass suddenly disappearing from my account.


    Dont know I'd xbox PC counts but here we go. Around 3-4 days I go I bought xbox game pass ultimate which gave me game pass for 1 month + 2 extra free months. Now when I try to launch or download a game it tells me to get the game pass and when I check my account the game pass is gone.

    I know I had it cause I could download and play multiple games but I feel like ive been scammed now. Does anyone know why the game pass is gone?

    Rainbow Six Siege operators disappeared

    This isn't just for the passes and operators it's for all digital content on the game. I have the gem stone pack and before had access to it on all accounts on my xbox and now they suddenly disappeared and then reappeared then disappeared again. Did xbox
    make an update to its sharing content policy with multiple accounts because I know a lot of people have been experiencing this issue?

    I am having the same issue but with Game Pass. I was charged for this month(November) a few days ago and just this evening the Game Pass tab disappeared from My Games & Apps on my Xbox.

    I used the recovery form that the interactive tool gave me but it was a password reset and it didn't fix the issue with my xbox account suddenly disappearing from my microsoft account, Is there a way to fix this?
