Xbox App Game DVR crash

Hi there,

My Game DVR recording works fine in theory, I can record clips and watch them if i open the clip manually with VLC Player. But when I go into the Xbox App and try to open the Game DVR tab, it instantly crashes. That happens everytime, so I can't access it
anymore. I tried restoring the app, but that doesn't work... I don't know what to do at this point.

Here are my Specs:

Hello, I'm unable to upload and share edited Game DVR clips in the Xbox App on Windows 10 to Xbox Live. App crashes each time 99 % of the clip is uploaded.

Game DVR has been working well, love it. But I did newest updates for windows and trimed one video and it makes app crash now every time I open DVR section. APP will open fine but once DVR section is selected it crashes and closes. It opened fine the first
time but once I trimmed one video, it no longer works.

Thx for your help!

No error message, when I click on the game dvr tab it instantly crashes. every other tab works and i have no problems with other apps.

The Game Bar works perfectly fine, so does the recording, I can find the clips in my videos folder in the explorer.

The troubleshooter doesn't fix anything, although it says there is a problem with my Store cache, but cant fix it...

I checked thge Updates and everything is updated...

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. We recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app on your Windows 10 computer and check if it helps resolve your concern. Here's how:

1. Type Windows Powershell in the search box.
2. Right click on Windows Powershell and select Run as administrator.
3. Copy and paste the following command: 
   
   get-appxpackage Microsoft.XboxApp | remove-appxpackage 
4. Press Enter.
5. Restart your computer.
6. After restarting your computer, go to the Windows Store. Look for the Xbox app and select
   Install to download and install the app. Check if the same instance occurs.
