Xbox app game captures

Discus and support Xbox app game captures in XBoX on Mobile to solve the problem; I recently tried to access my game captures on my iphone 8+ and when i hit the play button, my captures show up for a split second as a black screen...     Xbox app game captures


    I recently tried to access my game captures on my iphone 8+ and when i hit the play button, my captures show up for a split second as a black screen then seemingly time out, and minimize back to the original thumbnail with the play button in the middle.
    I have restarted my phone, checked for app updates, and tried reinstalling the app itself. But nothing has worked yet.

    which xbox app? i know there's a new app but i can't find the option to upload captures to xbox live using it, the one that is for game pass, i can only upload captures using the xbox console companion but as i said there are a few games that i can't upload
    captures.

    Go to the App Store, or Google Play and download the Xbox app. You can then upload your game captures to Xbox Live, then use the mobile Xbox App to download your captures after they're uploaded to Xbox Live. You can also click on the share options for
    your captures and upload them to Onedrive and use the mobile Onedrive App to download to your phone.

    What I do is capture my game with Xbox capture . Then Go to my captures on xbox app or xbox.com. Download them to my pc and edit them then put them on youtube . Easy way to by pass everything complicated.

    i can upload captures normally for most of the games i have but there are some games that the xbox companion app doesn't upload, like Mass Effect 1 and Resident Evil 1 HD Remaster, using the xbox companion beta i was able to upload captures of these games
    but now microsoft has disabled permanently the option to upload captures using the xbox companion beta. So my question is, why the xbox companion app don't upload captures and clips of this particular games? and if there is a way to solve it?
