What about adding Text Chat Support to the Xbox app on mobile devices? I think it would be a really quick, efficient way for Xbox customers to get support rather than going online to do so.

How do i get Karaoke app

There is no Karaoke app for Xbox One at this time, maybe in the future there will be.

Today's update for the Xbox app and Gaming Service appears to have fixed it. Thanks for the reply, I'll save it for future use.

he's referring to the oneguide app that was on the Xbox one. does Microsoft have any plans to add this back in a future update?

When the Xbox app on mobile was updated, there was a lot of features removed. Hopefully Microsoft will add them back sometime in the future.
