Xbox app freezing when trying to use remote keyboard

I just bought Halo infinity and I enter the game too and it even turns me off. xbox series x… I have deleted the games I fly to install them… the xbox restarted everything and only APEX AND SNIPER CAN PLAY

Sorry but you didn't mentioned the steps you followed other than restarting, so the ones I requested are different from just a restart

If you don't give me more information about what have you already tried I have no way to know it, so please share that information

What you mentioned it's a synchronization situation that it's mostly related to the connection between both devices, so that's the first thing to check, that's why I gave you those options

Another thing you could test is using a different network and check if after that it doesn't repeat

ah ... uh huh ... well, thanks for reinforcing why I never come here and ask a question. None of that is a solution and ignores what I said previously.

I was looking for more than level 0 tech support copy/pasting from a script.

Is a community forum and you expect technician level support?

I open the xbox app on my iphone or ipad, hit the button to the left of the notifications, it shows my console is on and which one it is connected to, I select "open remote control," hit the keyboard function on the bottom left, type anything in (I literally typed "Test" in the box,) hit the return button and it minimizes but text box still appears and the text box on my xbox is not populated with what I type, and when I hit the 'X' to close the the keyboard and text box, the app freezes

The contact option will depend on the one you choose after using the contact us option on the Xbox site

I have tested the app on my devices yesterday and today and are working correctly, so that's why I don't think is an app issue, but if that's the case, you won't resolve trough the contact options as will need to change the programming on the app, but you can always leave the suggestions here
