Xbox app forgets console

I've installed the Xbox app onto my phone and it's up to date. I've had 2 different consoles and it constantly forgets them. I can add one to the app and go back into the app 2 days later and it's not there. I've reset my consoles back to factory specifications, checked for updates to my system multiple times, and it continues to happen. It's extremely frustrating. Any help?

Based on the description you posted, it seems that you have an issue with Xbox wherein even after factory resetting your consoles your Xbox app still forgets your Xbox consoles.

• When was the last time it worked?

• What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Aside from the one's you have already mentioned?

Don't forget to login on the Xbox app and Console companion app for Xbox games, if even while logged in those apps keeps happening try to reinstall the game

When you purchase your new console if you download the Xbox Insider Hub app on your new console you can then use the app to enrol your new console in the insider program. If you are no longer keeping your old console don't forget to remove it from the insider
program.

Hey guys. I've run into this before, and was able to fix it with a full reboot of the console. Open the guide, go down to the Settings tab, and choose Restart console. Also, check for updates in the Store on your PC, to make sure your Xbox app is up to date.
