Xbox App for Windows PC cant install nor Update anything anymore - error 80070490

Hey there Xbox Community,

i changed to Windows 11 a few month now and hell, its been a rollercoaster. I thought having an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate could be nice addition to my pile of shame but - nope.

The Application is constantly not working anymore, regardless if i reinstall (did this twice due to CPU, RAM and GPU changes, as well as new storage disks).
Currently i am running the following setup:
C:\ M2 SSD with the System
G: M2 SSD with all the Games in different subdirectories and or Librarys and EXCEPT XBox - every other Platform works like a charm

Since the last week i get a new error for every new installation i try to do:




I tried already the following steps with NO help:

6. Check Firewall and Antivirus: Verify that your firewall and antivirus software are not blocking access to the Xbox Gaming App or Microsoft Store.
   
7. Verify Microsoft Account: Ensure that you are signed in with a valid Microsoft account, and that this account is being used for the Store and Xbox App.
   
8. Check File and Folder Permissions: Verify that the location where you want to download games has proper write permissions for your user account.
   
9. Reset Windows Store: Go to "Settings" > "Apps" > search for "Microsoft Store" > select the app and click on "Advanced options" > Click on "Reset."
   
10. Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter: Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Troubleshoot" > click on "Additional troubleshooters" > Select "Windows Store Apps" and run the troubleshooter.
    
11. Try a Different User Account: Create a temporary new user account on your PC and see if you can use the Microsoft Store from there. This can help determine if the issue is related to your current user profile.
    

If none of these steps resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support again or contemplating a Windows 11 reset or reinstallation, as previously suggested. However, be sure to back up any important files before considering a reinstall.

nothing changed this and i am fed up with Microsofts updates destroying KEYFEATURES of the OS and having the need for a SERVICE. Steam, GOG, Battlenet, hell even Ubisoft and EA or Epic are creating launchers that at least work and can deliver games with reliable plattform. Microsoft here, falls short and i am nearly on giving up.

I shifted my focus on trying to install games now through the Microsoft Store - MAYBE this would work - but nope - i get another ERROR now from the microsoft store:
Code: 0x803FB107 that states - error on our side

Hell, i even tried chatgpt to solve my problem and we had a very good conversation with decent solutions that it came up with - but NONE worked so far.

Anybody else having those problems and solved them?
