Xbox App for Windows 10 won't let me log in?

Hi!

So... I've been using the Xbox app a lot to talk with my friends and I have had a lot of problems. I'm not sure what's causing it, nor do I know a solution. (I have checked for solutions online and nothing has worked.)

1. Sometimes I cannot connect to a party and it sometimes blocks other party members.

(This is most likely because of me router, but it happens to frequently.)

2. Every time I am in a party and I try to go to my desktop, I get disconnected from the party.

3. If I try to use the Xbox party in a fullscreen game, I cannot hear other party members nor can they hear me.

(This may be a setting I am unaware of)

4. Now, after all of that, I cannot even simply log in to my account. It says "We couldn't sign you in to Xbox live. We can't sign you into Xbox Live right now. Try again in a while. If that doesn't work, we have a few ideas that might help fix the problem."

Error code: 0x80072F8F

This has been happening for about 3 to 5 days now and I'm not sure why. One thing I cannot try is to remove the Microsoft account from my Windows because there is simply no option for that.

I am not quite sure of a proper format but I hope this will do. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

Hi. This happened with me yesterday. It may have been a server that was being fixed by Microsoft. Did you restart your PC? Maybe that might work.

So.... I feel really dumb.

I restarted it again. After like 3 times it worked. Thank you to those who have replied.

I ham having a problem accessing Microsoft Mahjong on my windows 10 computer.I don't have an Xbox but use the Xbox app to play Microsoft Games.It won't let me log on to Mahjong I get the following error code 0xC03F300D.I can log on to Microsoft solitare
so it is not all games.Would like it fixed if possible.
