    Hello,

    I don't know if this is common problem as i can't find any similar topic (except one which was closed by MS mods, thanks..) but my Win10 app refuses to work in the background even though this option is turned "on" in the settings. After closing the app it
    either closes completely or just minimizes to taskbar. Why doesn't it hide in the systray like every other gaming client out there (steam,origin etc..) ?

    This is extremely annoying and causes me to run Xbox app again and again every time i want to launch a game. So is it this way by design? Is it common problem or is it just me that has this issue?

    XBox app for PC won't launch at pc startup

    I can also confirm the "Launch app in the background" is not working, the app does not launch if this option is selected, or at least no Xbox icon is shown in the System Tray.

    If its launching in the background id still expect to see the icon in the system tray.

    I can also confirm this issue exists. The app will launch fine if "Launch app in the background" is unchecked, but will not launch (or at least not show the tray icon) if it is checked.

    how do I stop NZXT from working? Having the same issue - I have the same keyboard and the same elite case!
    Just right-click NZXT icon in the background running apps tray and then choose exit. Worked for me.

    I'll also co-sign this observation - I'd initially wondered if it was something in the 1903 Win10 update (I'd installed the Xbox beta app pretty much immediately after 1903) but then happened to notice the Xbox icon in the system tray and figured it was
    worth a shot to close it... and the system went to sleep 20 minutes later, as scheduled.
