Xbox app for PC just does not load or work at all

So every time I got to launch the Xbox app it doesn't load and I cant do anything about it I have tried repairing, uninstalling, fixing everything that came to mind and still does not load or work please help.

I'm not sure. It should be in the registry

Where do I find this CopyFileBufferedSynchronousIo? Because I don't see it anywhere

Step 1 Click "Start" button and type "Regedit.exe" in the search box and hit "Enter" key.

Step 2 Now you can see the Registry Editor. Try to find out the registry subkey following the path below and click it:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\SystemCertificates

Step 3 Click the "Edit" menu and move mouse to "New" and then click "DWORD Value". Next right-click CopyFileBufferedSynchronousIo and click "Modify".

Step 4 Type 1 and click "OK" on the Value data box. Exit Registry Editor and restart your PC.

In addition to all the above, I just tried using Xbox Avatar Editor on my Windows 10 PC.........does not work. And does not load.

I am going to assume this is on Xbox's end and patiently play the "waiting game"
