    Xbox App Error Message on Mobile


    I accidentally signed out of my xbox app on my phone but when i try to sign back in it gives me a random error message that changes and also says "Something went wrong, there is a problem with your microsoft account. To fix this sign in to account.live.com
    from a browser."

    I signed into the link but it didnt fix it. Does anyone have a solution?

    I had a problem with message icon indicating unread messages and the fix for me was to force stop on my xbox app on my mobile device and the restart the app. this fixed both the xbox 1 X and the xbox mobile app.

    Thank you for coming by to the Xbox forums, I'd be happy to help.

    So it seems that you are getting an error code when trying to send messages. Would you mind sharing the error code and any accompanying message with the error?

    There are other methods of sending messages like account.xbox.com or the Xbox App for Windows 10 or mobile. I recommend trying at least one other method of messaging and let us know if you are getting the same error message.
