xbox app error code 0x406

Hello, my Forza Horizon 4 does not work for me, and I Think the problem is with the Xbox app, I am not able to sign in to the Xbox app, I am just getting the error code 0x406. I do have tried to run the windows powershell as a admin and uninstall and install
both Xbox app and microsoft store but it is not working. What should I do?

The system cache can sometimes prevent you from installing an application or update on the Windows Store. It's suggested that you reset the windows store cache on your computer. To do this, follow these steps:

Press the Windows key and R to open the Run command.
Type wsreset.exe and click OK.
The Store and a command prompt will open without any messages, and then will automatically close when the Store cache has been reset. Once it’s done, restart your computer and check if the issue has been resolved.
