Try to communicate with technical support, I have only encountered some problems but in the PC app

Since Cortana was disabled for Xbox consoles, now it seems your best option is to use Cortana (iOS or Android App), Google Assistant (Google Home), or Alexa (Amazon Echo) enabled devices, or you could issue voice commands to your Xbox using Kinect. All the
info about what you can use instead can be found here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/voice-and-digital-assistants/where-is-cortana.
I hope this helps.

Could you provide screenshots or something?

Are you referring to the android app or the pc app?
