Xbox App Download Issue-0x89235003

Update:

There appears to be an issue with the Xbox App on PC at the moment where no games can be downloaded. They all have the same 0x89235003 error code.

We need to wait until it's fixed. It's not your system. I can't download anything either.

While there doesn't seem to be any notifications about issues on either the status page or Microsoft's own support page over on X (formally known as twitter), I believe this is a server issue Microsoft's end. I have the same issue and there are a couple of posts I've seen here on the forums.

I think we just need to wait until it's fixed.

so apparently this is happening to a lot of people? crazy thing is im trying to install fallout 4 on my pc right now. Keeps saying on the app that "content failed to load" so maybe there is just something wrong with the xbox app right now?
