Xbox App doesnt load games List

I am new using xbox app on PC.

Since last week app doesnt load the game list only shows the upper banner.

I reinstalled the app 3 times and still not getting to fix this problem.

I cant explore the games added to the PC gamepass.

Somebody knows how to fix this?

I auto fixed it, it was a Region issue.

Changed the region and now the app is fine.

Thanks to me for the auto help.

Microsoft technical support chat doesnt work. I think buying xbox products is not good after all.

Didnt work sadly. I dont think the HDMI is the issue as its the xbox that doesnt load apps or sign me in

Very frustrating, the app doesnt load past the green screen for me, the circles underneath the logo move indefinately and nothing loads up.
