Xbox app doesn´t allow me to install any games (problem with the OS).

Have you checked if you can install your games via MS store app? If not, kindly open the Microsoft Store, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in again using the account that has the game pass and should change the store account. Try installing your games from there.

Streaming doesn`t work for me also. It happened with the one of the latest realises.

I have installed xbox app ver. 15.18.4004.00000

The Xbox App is part of the OS. So you could try to remove it manually but it will be reinstalled after the next update of your OS. It is a free App and it doesn`t Need much space on your HDD. So it is not really helpful if you remove it.

the Troubleshoot doesn´t work for me.

I have win 10 and use the Xbox(beta) app.

The problem is the connection to the live service, in other games too (checked today).

Live isn´t blocked.

Only the live service is broken ...

In january I could play forza but my second harddisk crashed. Now I would like to install forza horizon 3 on my new HDD but I can`t. I can`t install "Forza Horizon 3" on the windows store. I get at the end from the download the failure code 0x80073D0D.

I repaired the xbox app and the windows store but I have still the same problem. Pls help me. The windows support doesn`t want to help me.
