    Xbox app deleting messages and doesn't show new ones


    I've had this issue on my phone app for a while now but it seems to affect messages on xbox also. In the middle of a conversation it started randomly deleting messages and now I can't get any messages through the app!

    Yes tried via browser as well but it's very laggy. Tried to message this person and checked later if he got the message but no. I'm not part of any programs and can't try pc or xbox because I'm away from home.

    Wow, sorry to hear this is happening. Usually, reinstalling the app helps but not in this case. Have you tried signing into your Xbox account via the web browser on your phone or PC?

    Im sorry to hear that, unfortunately that problem is a bit fresh, people are experimenting that since about a week, recieving new messages but actually being old ones, whole conversations being deleted but then appearing again like nothing happened, etc,
    my advice will be, report, report that to customer service so they can come with a fix as soon as posible. https://support.xbox.com/en-us/contact-us
