Xbox app crashing while trying to join a party (iOS)

Ok, so when my friend invites me to a party the xbox app instantly crashes and sends me back to my phone’s home screen. This happens even without accepting the invite it just kicks me out of the app instantly. This only happens when the party i am invited
to is linked with a looking for group post. When I launch the app again it shows no error or error code to identify the bug. This has been happening for 2 days now and would like to be able to join the party

Creating/joining a large party (5+ people) and trying to also stream an Xbox to your PC crashes

I've been trying to use the Xbox app for streaming to Mixer, but I run into several issues when trying to form large parties, while also streaming an Xbox to my PC. I'm normally able to join a small party within the Xbox app (3 people) and able to stream
my console fine. However, I notice a significant amount of lag within the app when I join a large party and when I attempt to stream the my console to my PC, the app will start to for a brief second, then crash the app entirely. Any help around this would
be appreciated.

 

How do you fix error code 0x89234013?

I've already watched that video and it shows how to fix it on an Xbox one console. I'm getting this error on a computer through the Xbox app while trying to join a friend's party or they join mine. I can talk and it shows I am talking while I'm in a party by myself, but if anyone else is in the party I get the error code.

 

Uninstall and reinstall the app. There might have been an update that didnt finish , or just an error in the code . Reinstalling would fix the issue for the most part if that was the case . In some other instances the LTE network can work better than the
wifi that you are using and creat a more stable signal

Hi, have you already tried to uninstall > reinstall the app?

Otherwise have you tried logout > login again?

 

I have tried uninstalling the app aswell as logging out and back in, i also used a different account and tried with no success. My other friend tried this on his account it also crashed

 

Your best bet would be to uninstall the app and then reinstall it.
