If you can’t install Game Pass Games on your PC, follow these suggestions:

1. Check if you have the right Game Pass
2. Clear Cache of Xbox Game Pass App
3. Update to the latest Windows 10 version
4. Admin privileges for Games
5. Give Admin privileges for Games
6. Check Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
7. Repair Game if it keeps crashing or doesn’t work
8. Cannot Sign in to Xbox Live

The new Xbox (Beta) app on PC for the Xbox Game Pass for PC, included with Game Pass Ultimate, and the Xbox Console Companion app uses the account logged into the Microsoft Store app, not Windows, for subscription and game license verifications. Log
in normally to Windows with Account #1. Then, open the Microsoft Store from your Start menu, and
in the upper right corner, click on your account picture and sign out from Account #1. Sign in to Account #2, and from there the Xbox (Beta) app should recognize Account #2 and allow you to start installing games. Make sure you are also signed in to Account
#2 on the Xbox (Beta) app, but it should automatically do it once you sign in to the right account on the Microsoft Store.

Sign in to Account #2 in the Microsoft Store and then let us know if it allows you to install games while logged into Account #1 for Windows.

Open Settings then System -> Apps -> Apps & features -> look for Microsoft Store and click it. ->The advanced options link will appear. Click it. -> On the next page, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store to default settings.

After that, kindly open the Microsoft store app, sign out then sign back in using the email where you purchase the game pass.

Would you mind if you can signed in with one account only for both apps (Xbox app and Microsoft Store)? This is to better isolate the issue.

The games should have no issues if the account it was linked to have subscription (Xbox Game Pass Ultimate), otherwise let is see if the account with subscription replicates the symptom of the issue. Also, try to sign into both apps with the account that has no subscription and check if a game will crash or not.
