Xbox app crashes/freezes on startup

My xbox is constantly freezing when trying to open apps and games and also struggles to even startup. After waiting on the green loading screen i recived a E200 000000EF 00000000 error code. Why is this happening?

just scroll down and select E200

BF4 won't play period. Same with Watchdogs. Both are on disk and just freeze in the startup screen for a while before crashing and telling me that the game took too long to load.

Hello, i was also having this issue and none of the fixes I've done have worked. The xbox launcher was working but then i set up a 2tb external drive and i had

to give myself admin permission to change where all new apps are installed and after i finally got all that to work the xbox launcher wouldn't open. Everything

else works just fine its only the xbox launcher and the microsoft store + all microsoft games thats doing this.

I don't have any windows 10 update available to download. I've also tried to create a new user, but the issue persists.
