Xbox App Conversations

Just adding my 2 cents that I have been having the same issue too. Can message on phone app, Xbox and browser, but not on Windows 10 app. Symptoms exactly as reported above.

a Clean Startup to determine whether background programs are interfering with your games or programs. When you start Microsoft Windows, typically there are several programs that
start automatically and run in the background that may interfere with the game. Programs may include antivirus and system utility programs. When you perform a clean startup procedure, you prevent these programs from starting automatically.

If the issue persists, I would recommend to
contact Customer Support for
further assistance.

I've managed to successfully report the issue through Microsoft Support, so hopefully they fix the issue.

This is not an issue you are experiencing alone. My PC has the same issues. In addition to that, signing in to xbox.com is also not allowing to see conversations. I have done everything the other ambassadors have tried, to no avail, and I have been troubleshooting
for about a week. I'll keep looking for an answer, and let you know.
