xbox app conversations / messages unable to sync on my lumia 950 windows 10

I'm sorry to see any issues with the Xbox App! We tested here on a regular 950, and it seems to be working without issue. What version of the app are you on, and do you have any other phones you can test with? You can find the app version by hitting the
Menu burger and then the Settings gear. Scrolling to the bottom should show you the app version.

Let me know how it goes! We'll see what our next steps are after this.

only having this sign in issue on my new Microsoft Lumia 950 that i got yesterday. My Windows 10 Home PCs can access the app and sign in just fine.

I've had this issue even before the latest insider build. Unable to play Age of Empires: Castle Seige because of it. This also happens on Windows 10 Mobile as well (Lumia 950). It's stuck in the stopping state.

Ye 6 time actully, now i cant even connect my xbox to my laptop, it not showing so i type in my ip for my xbox and all i get is ( We are not able to find an Xbox One Console with the IP Address provided )

Their is nothing Wrong with my laptop or it would not be happening to my phone to. ( Windows Phone Lumia 950 ) the only time it work on my laptop is after i reformated it and it works for about a week then brakes again.

like i said before this issue is happening on my Windows 10 pro Laptop and Lumia 950. i'v reformated my phone and check for all update ( Phone and Store ) i'v check Privcy setting made sure everything fine and still does not work.

Phones on Carrier/Data Plan

Laptop on DSL ( ISP )

this is not my laptop or phone fault that the app is broken.

all of my account details are right.
