Xbox App - Communication Issue

On the app, I cannot connect to a party with people. My NAT is open, the server connectivity is Blocked. I can't figure out why. I have seen several people with this same problem redirected by an "employee" to a site with no solution. I have tried to use
cmd commands, resetting the app, restarting my computer, uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it. I have searched through countless online help pages. Nowhere can I find a fix for this. I beg for someone to please help me, it doesn't have anything to do
with teredo, that I know of, but maybe I'm wrong.

Wont let me unmute

I'm currently experiencing this same issue. The issue occurs across all devices on my xbox live account. I've tested this on Xbox App on Windows 10, Xbox App on Android, Xbox One S, and Xbox One. A lot of our xbox games rely on Party Chat communication,
so this has become a pretty big issue for me and we've resorted to using our mobile devices in order to better communicate.

Xbox communications issue

EDIT: I have a way of getting rid of the issue for now by restarting my console but it will come back sooner or later which is a bummer.

Hi,

To further isolate on connecting to parties with xbox app, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open Command Prompt.

2. Type in "netsh interface Teredo set state type=enterprise client"

3. It will show the state of progress of the command, then after few seconds you are able to connect to a party.

Unfortunately, this is a known issue with the Xbox App, not only this issue but a lot of issues are being mentioned in this app. For a temporary fix, please clean the app cache.

Install or open Xbox Companion on your PC, login with your account in this app, then open the Xbox app and see if that resolves the issue.

Are you talking about the Xbox app or the Xbox BETA app. As i have the Beta installed and it works great so far, no issues at all.

They are working on getting more features added to the app in the future, they getting feedback from the community on what they want added to the app.
