(Xbox app) Can't reinstall Metro Exodus after pausing download and restarting PC

Due to a Denuvo error i had to uninstall metro exodus so i started re-downloading it via the XBOX app but had to restart my PC for an unrelated matter. I paused the download then restarted my PC upon logging in i tried to continue the download but progress
was lost and install was the only option. When I press install and choose the location it shows downloading for a second then goes back to install option. This happens every time, i uninstalled and reinstalled the Xbox app hopping to get rid of any temp files
but the problem persists.

Thank you for the heads up. i'll see if my problem continues after its all back up.

They need to add a message to the xbox app when this happens.

Hi.

Yesterday I have bought XGPU, downloaded windows 10 update, Xbox (beta) launcher and Metro Exodus.

Today I am trying to play Metro, it starts buy after a while of the intro Xbox (beta) window pops up and says something like: "we were unable to login you to your Xbox live account".

I can't do anything! The game keeps telling me it can't login over and over again.

Also I cant quit the game - only way is to log out of Windows.

Pls help.

I was able to launch Metro from the start menu, not from the Xbox app. I then chose launch from safe mode from the dialog box that appears and waula - Moscow. Xbox pc Game pass is super finicky. Its possible, good luck. Oh, before that, restart your internet
router through your browser and after it comes back up go into settings/Network & Internet and click Network reset. Restart your pc, give it a moment and then launch the " Metro Exodus app " from the start menu as described above.

Worked this am but now Metro Exodus in not allowing download to pc only offers console as option and now I see Metro Exodus is gone from Store ??????

ok will this make me reinstall my games? also is metro exodus windows and metro reduxx 2033 the same? as i can get 2033 to launch but not metro exodus? metro redux only has 4 graphics settings wich is odd

also how do i install xbox app with admin privileges as i got it through the windows store in win10
