    so trying to play with xbox appon pc, I got gamepass ultimate .



    on the app when i click on a game it says join gamepass (which i already did a few dys ago) even says so on microsoft website when i click the link

    microsoft store is logged in as same email/name as the xbox app, tried signing out and reinstalling everything and still not working, and other ideas?

    getting this error in the app

    Game Pass on both platforms.

    If you have bought Game Pass Ultimate, then it includes Games Pass for Xbox, Game Pass for PC, EA Play for Xbox, Cloud Gaming on android & Xbox Live Gold. So yes, you can use it on your PC.

    It's simple to use, download the Xbox app on your PC, log in with the account that has Game Pass Ultimate, and then download a game from the app, once downloaded, start the game.

    I have same problem, xbox app on pc won't recognize i have game pass ultimate. Mobile app dose.even on web it reflects, not chaked on consol. Microsoft store late me download, install & play game pass games.

    It seems there is issue whith pc app. All usual measures does not help me.
