Xbox App being broken and unable to be installed

I've been having problems with the Xbox app lately. First the app stopped working and only showed a white screen. So I tried resetting, repairing, terminating, and finally reinstalling the app. So I uninstalled it however, now I can install it, as upon clicking the install button on the Microsoft app the entire app freezes and eventually closes itself. So I tried installing it from the browser, open the xboxinstaller.exe run it. Hit install and now its also frozen. I have no idea why this is the case.

I'm also having the same issue, i tried repairing the app, reset the data and in the end uninstalled intending to reinstall.

However i can now not reinstall the app, i get as far as downloading the installer and clicking install then nothing happens.

And after searching the net can't find an answer.

I installed the xbox app on the previously made admin account and the error does not appear there. This in addition to me not being able to open services.msc implies that it is my current account that's broken. How do I fix my account then?

I uninstalled the Xbox app. Now the Microsoft Store still shows the Forza Horizon 5 downloads and I'm unable to download the Xbox app, I keep pressing 'install' but nothing happens. The entire Microsoft store seems to be broken now.

EDIT: Managed to get the Xbox app installed, same problem as mentioned before.

manually checking for Windows 10 updates. The
Xbox (Beta) App needs to have the latest version of Windows 10 in order to be successfully installed. Be sure to let us know the results
