Scroll to Installing… <the title="" of="" the="" game="" you="" are="" downloading="">.
Go to My games & apps > Manage > Queue and note the download speed displayed on the game or app being installed. This indicates the current download speed. If you see slow speeds (for example, less than 1 megabit per second), the download may take a long time to complete.

The following table shows the estimated download times based on the current download speed.

Bandwidth will be limited and download time will increase during activities such as streaming content, playing games, or streaming games from your Xbox to a Windows device.

To provide the best gaming experience, background downloads are limited while a game is running. To remove download restrictions from games or apps that are being installed, you can wait for the console to suspend the game that is running, or you can tell the console to suspend the game while it is downloading.
To suspend a game:
Go to My games & apps > Manage > Queue.
Select Suspend my game (this option is only available when a game is running while another game or app is installing).

You can also force quit games by doing the following:
On the Home screen, navigate to the game you most recently ran.
With the game highlighted, press the Menu button  and select Exit.
Once you have closed the most recently run game, check the speed at which the game or app is downloading. To prevent the download from slowing down, do not launch any games or apps until the download is complete.

Slow game download speed may be due to your DNS problem, you just need to change DNS to solve the problem.

<1- Enter settings

<2- Network&internet

<3- Change adapter options

<4- Select your network connection and double click

<5- attributes

<6- Double click on internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)

<7- Select to use the following DNS server addresses

<8- Fill in 4.2.2.1 for the preferred DNS and 4.2.2.2 for the alternate one (this is the official Microsoft DNS)

<9- Click "OK" to close the open window

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

MIcrosoft, dont give a **** **** about this, gamepass for pc download speeds are awful AF, cant belive im stuck with this ****

My NAT was showing as open, but have Cone NAT too. Upload speed is awful, but download rocks. Ill check the port.
