Xbox App Audio Assistance

I realized there was a problem with my xbox app on windows 10 when I joined a party where one person was broadcasting. Another friend (also on the windows xbox app) was able to enable their audio for the stream on their app. My problem is that option does
not show up for me as it does on this picture i found:

Thanks to the support chat, we already tried switching the Xbox services on windows to automatic (just mentioning what we already tried)

Any help would be appreciated as my friend's stream cannot hear me.

Audio CD player is "unavailable" for download

The Audio CD player is "unavailable" for download when I try to install it on our Xbox One. The Media Player is also "Unavailable". I have been able to download several other apps so the problem seems to be related to these two apps. Any assistance is
appreciated.

Xbox one bluRay audio problems. Help needed.

I've been having issues with my audio when playing blu ray's on the xbox one. It doesn't matter what disc I use or what audio source. No audio will play through my headset directly from the controller, or hooked up to my 4k tv. This all started several months ago when it would freeze and the audio will go out of sync with the picture. Netflix, vudu, and games are not affected. My asus montiors also supports hdmi sound and they dont work when the blu ray movie plays.
I just spent an hour with Xbox support and nothing they suggest had any effect on the issue. My xbox, unfortunately, is out of warranty.

Things i've tried:
Uninstalling and reinstalling the blu ray app.
switching the audio settings.
installing the app on both my internal and external.
using fiber optic sound cable through my mix amp.

The behavior is the same.

Could this be an issue with the blu ray player, a combination between the App and the device, or the App just being the worst app ever created on this planet?
