Xbox App and Microsoft Store download speed problems.

I have this problem for days, I am trying to download some games from the game pass, I have 50mb of speed but the downloads are only going at 180kbps, all my other applications are working fine, but the downloads from xbox and store are not. I have already tried several solutions.

DNS change.

Reset NETWORK settings.

Reinstallation of xbox and store.

Cleaning the GamingServices and GamingServicesNet registries (This was suggested to me by someone from support and when I restarted and went to store updates it would install again, but it didn't).

Restart xbox services.

So far none of them have worked for me. Thank you very much if anyone has any information on what might be going on.

My PC:

Ryzen 5 5600G

Radeon 5700xt xfx

MSI MPG B550 Gaming plus

Crucial P3 SSD 2tb.

Type CMD in the search bar;

Right-click on the Command Prompt option;

Click on the Run as administrator option;

From the command prompt screen, execute the commands described below, pressing Enter at the end of each line:

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

nbtstat -rr

netsh int ip reset all

netsh winsock reset

After that try again.

I just found the problem in my specific case. Delivery Optimization advanced settings were limited.

I'm a Independent Advisor. I will be glad to help you.

Perform this procedure. All of these steps may take some time to complete.

1. Open Windows PowerShell (Administrator).

2. Copy and paste these commands execute them by pressing Enter, you must do this for each one.

- sfc /scannow

- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

3. In the Windows browser type "wsreset" and run that app.

This will open the Microsoft Store, wait a few seconds and close it.

Restart the PC and try again.

But if these are all part of the pc game library the platform is just pc right?

I would be fine just using the xbox app but the download speed is just a joke. my internet speed is much faster than 7mbps. I've tried delivery optimisation and repairing the app... nothing works to improve the DL speed on the xbox app.

Again if I can just resume the download using the microsoft store this would also be a great option but it doesn't for some games.

Sea of Thieves on the microsoft store only has install on the xbox app option but it appears in the downloads on the microsoft store and from there I can pause the download in the app and then resume it in the store. But with Total War: Warhammer III, it doesn't even show up in downloads, it's on the store and gives the same message to install on the app but then I can't see it on my library in the store (even though it's listed on the store xD)
