    Xbox App and Microsoft Store Don't See My Internal Storage


    When I attempt to install a game of my internal storage (SSD) nothing happens. It seems it doesn't recognise that I have a storage device. I have restarted and repaired the app+ uninstalling the app with no luck. I still have Xbox game pass, so that is not the problem. This happens with all games and the last screenshot is to show I tried installing on Microsoft store. I'd appreciate help, thank you.

    Onedrive is Microsoft's cloud storage service for things like photos and should not use the consoles internal memory.

    If your consoles internal drive is full it is very easy to expand it by adding an external hard drive to the console, please see attached link for details about adding extra memory to the console.

    Has capacity of 256 GB or more, and

    Uses USB 3.0."

    Go to My Games and Apps and use the controller to select storage device and you will see choices on internally and external hdd(by name)
