XBOX App Always Closes

So i've literally had this problem for god damn months and it's really pissing me off. I go into a party chat with one of my friends, switch out my monitor HDMI cords, and then the xbox app crashes with no warning whatsoever. I've literally done everything
i can to fix this. If anyone has a fix to this please let me know, i'm really getting pissed at how buggy this is.

Youtube Keeps Signing me out every time I close out of the app

I have been noticing that every time that I close out of YouTube the app always signs me out and then i have to reactivate my xbox.

smartglass companion app fix

On my Nokia Lumia 920 the SmartGlass App always closes when I return to the start screen, open another app or just get a phone call. Very anoing.

I have the same problem and it is very annoying, because it is random and no one from Microsoft has even attempted to answer or solve the problem. They kind of give copy and paste solutions for general problems. You think a billion dollar corporation would
at least give a paying customer a solution.

Corrupted app data and an outdated version of the app are possible reasons as to why you're encountering this issue. Let's isolate your concern by answering the following questions:

Are there any error messages that appear when the Xbox app crashes?

Is this issue only occurs when joining party chats?

Have you made any changes to your Xbox account or to your Windows 10 PC before encountering this issue?

What are the troubleshooting solutions you've performed?

In the meantime, we suggest running the Windows apps troubleshooter provided on this

Are you quitting out of apps that you've closed? Having a bunch of apps still running in the background will always slow things down.

No that does not resolve the issue. I always use guide, then details/quit to exit applications and games. If then back out of another app (like friends) the xbox will restart the game/app that I just closed quite often.

DBD Doom

netflix app doing the same again - no matter NETFLIX account settings or xbox settng (closed caption) or even toggling it in movie - I *always* get subtitles. Annoying! argh!
