    Microsoft recently started selling xbox controller parts for customers to fix themselves. Microsoft has really missed the point and the main issue that the majority of customers have with their controllers... its stick drift. Rather than redesigning the controller to incorporate electromagnetic sensors instead of using antiquated potentiometer technology, they just want to sell us more of the same thing. Personally, I'm done paying $70 for a basic wireless controller only to have them fail after little usage. Why not pay a similar price for a different branded controller that uses more updated tech that will last MUCH longer???

    Microsoft... You deliver a lot of good product, but not in this case. You can improve though!

    Microsoft has been aware of this for many years, yet they've done nothing to improve the product. This latest move on selling replacement parts only proves they're not going to do anything... just more fleecing of its customers.
