    XBOX Android App not redirecting to sign-in page


    Hello microsoft, whenever I click the "sign-in" button on the android XBOX app, it doesn't really redirect me to the web sign-in page like it used to. The button goes gray for 20 seconds and just goes back to normal, this problem only affects my own device and it just started happening recently, we share the same internet connection in our household and their redirects worked while mine didn't. I tried basic troubleshooting steps, reset system settings, reset router to factory settings. Can you please find a fix for this?

    Why aren't all games available on the Xbox app?

    I've tried signing in on Chrome ,Opera, Firefox, and Microsoft edge but it still redirects me to the home page of the Xbox website. I can sign in on my mobile but not on my pc. Can you tell me a solution to that and also that does a vpn change the games available in your region on the xbox app on pc?

    Thanks, I actually already have all ports open on my mac. I have tried 2 browsers and 3 devices, its strange that I can view the page when I am signed out of my account but as soon as I sign in and click on play it only shows the page of games for a moment before redirecting the blank white page.

    On the windows PC it does the same thing in google chrome but then I downloaded the xbox app from the MS store and it does play games however its a bit slow

    Where are the Australian servers located? I am near Sydney

    Are you signing in through the Xbox app for Android? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

    Please also try signing in through the web version on your Android device instead: xbox.com/play

    It took forever just to get the Xbox Live app for Android. During E3, they said that it's coming for Android, which it the ENTIRE reason I signed up for the BETA. so, I hope they release it for Android soon. I have a Android phone and tablet. Would love
    to test this stuff out.
